CEO
Reza is an AI researcher with a PhD from ETH Zurich, specializing in reinforcement learning and control theory. At Phygularity, he focuses on bridging simulation and the real world by developing accurate simulation pipelines, vision-language-action models, and agentic AI systems for robot learning. He has shipped production AI across robotics, LLMs, computer vision, and speech synthesis.
CPO
Ali is a robotics researcher at Politecnico di Milano and Phygularity's Hardware/Simulation Lead, specializing in the design, nonlinear simulation, and manufacturing of novel flexible mechanisms. At Phygularity, he builds high-fidelity physics twins by leveraging advanced multibody dynamics and material analysis tools such as MSC ADAMS/MARC. With hands-on fabrication and CNC expertise, he keeps virtual robot training grounded in real industrial constraints.
CTO
Farshad is a PostDoc robotics researcher specializing in robotic manipulation, navigation, and Vision-Language-Action models. He has led the end-to-end development of autonomous robotic systems, spanning perception, digital twin generation, autonomous control, and real-world deployment. At Phygularity, he drives the technical vision behind the full-stack robotics pipeline, bridging physical intelligence with real-world robotic action.
COO
Sepehr is Phygularity's COO, combining engineering, AI, risk, and business execution. He holds master's degrees in AI, Structural Engineering, and Risk Management, and brings 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and business analysis. A startup founder active in the Swiss innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem, he leads operations, governance, financial readiness, and company-building at Phygularity.
